So what's awesome? a free lunch paid by your boss despite failing to notify her that her boss had called and thus produced a bad domino affect. what's awkward? being tested on how to use the copy machine. yeah. well... even more awkward? en route to copy machine, being halted by an office worker who pulls higher rank than you (well... student worker... everyone is of a higher rank than me), dragged to a bunch of other older office workers, and awed and gushed at about how cute you are and how cute you dress.

I hate it when people "gush". I would prefer a simple compliment. Being "gushed" over is just embarrassing.
